Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, beauty products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or damage.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Opened or used beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, and haircare items)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return

If your return meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@kryran.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
  4. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be issued.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for items that are returned due to customer preference rather than defects or errors on our part. This fee will be clearly communicated to you at the time of return.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after being processed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to show in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and mention that you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
